For my boys....

To a coffee lover, nothing smells so good as fresh coffee beans. So as a lover of coffee and its aroma, each time I open a new can of coffee, I hold it out and command my three boys to breathe deeply. "Whenever you smell this in life," I say, "think of me." I can think of no better thing to tie my memory, and I hope that when they are old and I am long dead, that rich, dark smell will speak to them of the same love and acceptance that I offered them.
